Peaceful Vista: Watercolor Quilt

This quilt is in process. 

I have a picture of it before it was pieced but it is currently being quilted so it looks rather miss-shaped at the moment.  I also don’t have a final dimension just yet.  But this quilt reflects my love of the mountains and nature.  The mountains are made from hand painted fabrics which I have now started to use more of in my designs.  I have painted some of my own fabrics and am looking forward to adding those to my palette of colors.  I find nature soothing and peaceful to look at so it is one of my favorite subjects.
