Tawny

In a tiny little bead store in Cape Town,  South Africa, my husband became fascinated with  these little hand-made beads.  They are tawny with a vivid blue band in the middle, but most of all, each one looks like a unique minature garden of flowers.  I marvel at the patience and skill required to make them.  I confess to spending some time looking at each one through a magnifying glass.  I wanted to set the floral bead off by picking up the its colors so I've put them together with tawny little pipe beads and little bits of vivid blue glass set off with some soft luster glass and 2mm sterling silver beads.  I meant it for blue jeans, but it looks good with nearly anything.
