The bracelet of polished white shell fragments and black glass pearls drapes beautifully on the wrist.  The beads are strung on silk twist and hand-knotted.  This bracelet fastens itself.  The sterling barrel clasp is an attractive addition and very practical.  The earrings echo the pattern of the bracelet.

Fresh from our Blue Train adventure from Cape Town to Pretoria, the next day we headed for the airport and our flight to the town of Livingston, Zambia, where we would stay at the Royal Livingston Hotel, adjacent to Victoria Falls.
