Our location in Tucson, Arizona, places Greene Studios at the site of one of the worlds largest and most important gem shows. Every year the Tucson gem show draws participants from every corner of the globe, giving us unprecidented access to every imaginable kind of gem stone. If you fancy a particular type of stone, we can probably find it for you and work it into a special piece for your enjoyment. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Watercolor quilts get their name from their resemblance to watercolor paintings.

They are designed and assembled from 2" squares of fabric to form impressionistic scenes. They make wonderfully colorful wall hangings for your home or office.

Blue Train Part 2

Having checked in for our trip to Pretoria on the Famed Blue Train, we were welcomed by the staff and given a handsome booklet describing the services available to guests, much like you would find in your room in a luxury hotel. There was a boutique where one could purchase gifts and souvenirs. It informed us that our Butler would be on duty from 0600 hours to 2300 hours. It also informed us that there was a business service, pharmacy and chemist on duty, valet and housekeeping services and much more. There was a good sized bathroom with a shower finished in Italian marble in the suite. The compartment walls were paneled in beautiful wood and was furnished with comfortable lounge chairs.
